This Easter weekend we are making the most of this lovely weather to find new spots to walk our dogs.

Yesterday we walked to Paradise Bottom in Leigh Woods. Following a path downhill through the woods, you come to a very picturesque pool “Paradise Bottom”. Perfect for the dogs, as it provides a cool walk, full of interesting smells and if they wish they can have a dunk in the pool to cool off, and it takes a round half an hour to walk back to the main car park, allowing just enough time for the dogs to dry off before jumping back in your car! This walk is great for the holiday season as you can avoid the picnics, which has been a little bit of a challenge on occasions! Unfortunately it is very difficult to explain to the dogs that the picnic is not for them and it is not a free “walk thru”!
